Are you an experienced administrative professional with a passion for education and supporting student success?
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Learning Support Officer to join our Higher Education team and play a key role in coordinating our online and on-campus learning programs.
This is a dynamic, people-focused position where you’ll work closely with students, lecturers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our courses. From scheduling tutorials to supporting lecturers with our learning systems, your day-to-day impact will be felt across the student learning journey.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in:
- Scheduling webinars, liaising with lecturers, and compiling course materials.
- Creating and sending certificates, processing course registrations and compiling course materials.
- Updating and maintaining accurate student records in the Learning Management System (Moodle) and internal systems.
- Liaising with our overseas offices regarding course details.
- Monitoring the quality of our educational programs and ensuring all courses comply with the Higher Education Standards Framework 2015.
- Engaging with students in your course to ensure they are staying on track with their studies
- Implementing company policies and procedures.
- Daily communication with, and assistance to, the Higher Education Managers, colleagues, students, and lecturers
- Addressing inquiries via email and phone
- Assisting with campus set up and close when required
- Collating results for unit/s to be presented and approved at various Board meetings
- Working alongside and assisting other team members and departments with duties during busy periods
- Other ad hoc admin and data entry tasks when required.
What will you need to succeed?
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their best.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A desire to deliver exceptional support to both students and academic staff.
- A proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style. You will also work with teams located in our Perth and Brisbane campuses.
- Proficient in various tech tools with the ability to pick up new software easily, from Microsoft Office to Learning Management Systems and online meeting platforms like BigBlueButton, Collaborate Ultra, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
