Marketing - Course Advisor

At EIT we’re building something exciting, and we’re looking for a Performance Manager who loves getting into the mix of leading people, shaping processes, and using data to drive better decisions. This is a chance to take a newly created role and truly make it your own by setting the standard for how our global Course Advisor team supports prospective students from first enquiry through to enrolment.

You’ll be the person who turns “we could improve that” into “done and dusted,” helping our advisors deliver clear, honest and tailored guidance for prospective students exploring their education pathways.

If you’re excited by improving systems, elevating people, and bringing structure to a growing area of the business (without losing the human touch), you’ll thrive here.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach and develop our global team of Course Advisors, ensuring high performance, consistent quality, and a supportive team culture.
  • Oversee management of potential leads including inbound/outbound communications, CRM tracking, and timely follow-ups that boost the likelihood of converting into students.
  • Analyse CRM data and performance metrics to monitor funnels and identify trends, then using this information to recommend and implement process improvements and automations to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and student engagement strategies.
  • Review and refine communication templates, call scripts, and live chat responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Course Advisors to ensure high standards of service and consistency.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on lead quality, team performance, and enrolment results.
  • Participate in webinars and virtual events, occasionally supporting live Q&A or chat.
  • Assist with walk-in enquiries at our West Perth campus, offering personalised guidance to prospective students.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in education, student services, sales leadership, or customer engagement in a high-volume, people-first environment.
  • Strong capability in CRM systems, reporting, and data-driven performance management.
  • Confident leadership of remote/distributed teams, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support walk-in enquiries and engage comfortably with diverse audiences.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (Power BI a bonus).
  • A continuous-improvement mindset with an interest in automation, streamlined processes, and operational simplicity.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Higher Education, Vocational Education, or international student services.
  • Understanding of the Australian education landscape, including CRICOS, ASQA and TEQSA requirements.
  • Experience supporting staff and customers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
