Our Student Services team is growing and so is the impact you can have.
Student Services at EIT is still young. We’re building, refining, and levelling up every month. That means your ideas and support will contribute to meaningful change and won’t disappear into a rigid system. Instead, your input will help shape how things work: from processes and SOPs to engagement strategies and even to the way we respond to wellbeing concerns. We’re looking for someone who can balance empathy with administrative efficiency, who enjoys building structure as much as hosting engagement activities, and who isn’t afraid to take responsibility when a student genuinely needs us.
If you shy away from responsibility, prefer to avoid challenging conversations, or only enjoy the “fun bits” of student engagement this won’t be the right role.
But if you’re motivated by helping others, enjoy solving problems, thrive on initiative, bring ideas to the table and can bring consistency and care even on the tougher days you’ll thrive with this team.
