EIT is on the lookout for an International Recruitment Manager
The International Recruitment Manager is responsible for increasing enrolments and brand presence for EIT, especially for EIT’s Brisbane campus. The role manages and grows relationships with onshore and offshore education agents, monitors performance against recruitment targets, and delivers agent training and support.
In addition, the position provides course advice to prospective domestic and international students, manages enquiries across multiple channels, converts leads into enrolments, and maintains accurate CRM records.
The role also develops partnerships with English providers and other third parties to strengthen student pipelines, supports campus recruitment events and marketing initiatives, and provides general administrative support as required.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a KPI-driven mindset, established agent networks in Queensland, attention to detail, and the ability to travel and work collaboratively within a team.
This is a business development and marketing-focused role, responsible for building international pipelines, expanding agent networks, and driving enrolment outcomes. It is not an academic or teaching position
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Education Agent Management
Develop and manage relationships with onshore and offshore education agents.
Monitor agent performance, track enrolment targets, and implement recruitment initiatives.
Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to agents.
Gather and report market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
Support marketing initiatives to grow EIT’s brand awareness and enrolments across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth campuses.
Course Advisory & Student Recruitment
Provide accurate enrolment advice to prospective domestic and international students.
Manage inbound/outbound enquiries and follow up to convert leads into enrolments.
Assess students against admissions requirements and support them through course registration.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely data entry.
Third-Party Relationship Development
Build and maintain relationships with partner English providers and other relevant third parties.
Identify new partnership opportunities to strengthen student pipelines.
Engage with industry, community, and association contacts in target markets.
Additional Functions
Provide administrative support for Brisbane campus staff as required.
Support recruitment events, information sessions, and promotional activities.
Essential Criteria
5+ years’ experience in direct student recruitment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
KPI-driven, results-focused, and proactive with excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication, including the ability to advise prospective students and deliver presentations.
Experienced in managing stakeholders, both internal and external, at senior levels.
Proficient with email, live chat, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems; high attention to detail in reporting and data management.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to manage competing priorities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including travel, weekends, or public holidays as required.
Sound knowledge of Australia’s further and higher education sector and the international student experience.
